About Kaylan Boss

In college I studied communication and business analytics. Now, I work corporate as I complete my final semester of graduate school. I have a deep love for 70’s & 80’s rock, soulful oldies, and indie alternative music. Music surrounds me with nostalgia and inspiration for my personal writings and short stories. Last year I picked up the guitar to express my affinities, one chord at a time.

The gym is my healing place. Working out and exploring alternative wellness grounds me. Another interest I have is capturing photos of culinary and craft drinks. On weekends I highlight the food & drink scene around Tampa with my Canon. Getting into photography has opened my eyes to film and cinematography. My top movies of all time are Hav Plenty, Clueless, The Best Man and The Wood. One of my favorite television shows to date is The Sopranos.

In my free time, I enjoy writing, from screenplays to introspective journals. I live for documentaries and biographies. And even the complexities of coding, financial analysis, and machine learning.

Since 2016, I have shared the stories of small businesses and this generation’s game changers on The Visionary Boss. I write about lifestyle, wellness, and career building tips. And I blog my thoughts on relationships & self-development.
